*Modernization measures:
The property was extensively refurbished between 2019 and 2023.
All radiators were replaced by high-quality and efficient elements from Arbonia, pipes for heating, gas, electricity, water and sewage as well as the electrical distribution box were renewed, all floorboards were sanded and the bathroom was completely renewed - all elements here are from Villeroy and Boch.
The plastic windows on the second floor were replaced with high-quality triple glazing in 2022, while windows with double glazing were installed on the first floor. The facade of the house was renovated in 2020, in the same year the car parking space in front of the house was newly paved and an adjoining area for paper garbage cans, residual waste etc. was built in practical proximity to the street. The large (covered) terrace was renovated in 2023.
The idyllic garden is equipped with a smart-controlled sprinkler system.

Location

It is only an 8-minute walk to Adlershof S-Bahn station, where you will also find Dörpfeldstraße with numerous shopping facilities as well as doctors, pharmacies, schools, etc.
The Köllnische Heide recreational area with one of the many playgrounds in the area is also in the immediate vicinity.
