An enquiry for the development with a 4-family house, in the proposed
dimensions (pure development approx. 12 m x 12 m, on 2 full storeys) is possible from the point of view of the building authority of the municipality, due to the immediate surrounding development.
With the proposed dimensions, the building volume would have to be increased to 2 full storeys and, according to valid building law, a later attic conversion would still be possible.
