At the end of the hallway is the living area, which measures approx. 3.40 m x 5.70 m. Here, too, the two large wooden dinettes offer a lot of space.
Here, too, the two large wooden double windows, which have also been completely reworked in terms of carpentry and painting, offer optimal light conditions and a view of the greenery.
The floors of the resting and living areas have maple-coloured laminate with quarter-strip edging. The floor of the hallway has light beige tinted large format tiles.

The intercom system is connected to the bell panel at the front house entrance.


Location

Kaiserstraße is a connecting street between Mariendorfer Damm and Ringstraße, forming a triangle with Attilastraße.
The building complex in which this flat is located is close to Ringstraße.
S-Bahn station Attilastraße (S 2) and U- station Westphalweg (U 6) are within easy walking distance, bus line 282 runs directly through Kaiserstraße.
Retail shops for daily needs can be reached in the direct vicinity, supermarkets and larger shops via Mariendorfer or Tempelhofer Damm (shopping centre) or in Großbeerenstraße.
